What was of utmost importance for us was to preserve the authentic character of this eighteenth century dwelling near "la
"La Cotinière" is a typical cave-dwelling whole in the Vallée de la Loire. It gathers 3 houses, one covered barn ( a private car parking, motorbikes, etc…), an inner yard, a vast piece of land with an orchard, a vegetable garden , lawn, all of which surrounded by beautiful flowerbeds.
Amount of accommodation: 5 bedrooms , 2 of them are independent annexes for an accommodation of 15 people.
THE MAIN HOUSE
- 3 bed and breakfasts with private bathroom in each room
- A room of 30m2 with a table for 15 people ( family meals or meals with friends, work meetings…)
A spacious living room with a fireplace and lounge.
You will be given a warm welcome and we will make this room available to you for reading time, watching television , internet wifi, etc..
